• Firm up co-moderators for SLC – responsibility: Gary

• Accept Lynne's proposal for Venita, Rafi, Lynne, Simon, and myself to complete the mission and SLC vision statements(isn't Joanne's version of the VS based on venita's words already there?) for group approval by Friday. Venita, I'd like to ask that you and Simon consider taking on the next draft revision.

• Start compiling a comprehensive list of salons and organizations we'd like to invite into the IWS, even if they are part of other groups, including I-I. Lynne, do you still have access to the iNext and earlier lists? I have a huge list with contacts from when I was assembling iCAN, the Integral Cable Access Network (it may need updating). I'll post it in the files section and we can start adding to it.

• Writing an invitation to our integral brothers and sisters that will be so irresistible no one could possible say "no"….Volunteers?

• Create a Mission Statement for the Integral Worldspace salons so that they are effectively and functionally linked up to the SLC and downlinked to smaller, newer groups that are in their areas (Lynne 10 Dec 2006)

• Begin assembling a more comprehensive set of byLaws, including what we've started, consisting of Proposal timelines, consent, etc. (added by GS)

• Launch the SLC Yahoo! List, use the current Mission statement as a temp intro: Gary
