1) For those of us who sometimes do have to skim this group due to

time constraints and for those of us who may get distracted halfway

through a post, it could be helpful if anyone making a proposal that

they want the group to consider, construct their subject in the way

I've done here.

This allows us to prioritise what we read and (!) even to sort all

proposals together.

1.5) It could also be useful if simple yes/no responses to that

proposal, on the no doubt rare occasions that any of us verbose

buggers manage to limit ourselves to that simple an answer, be tacked

onto the subject line, like "Proposal: Flagging proposals in subject

headers: YES".
